The focus of the medical practice is to diagnose and remediate orthopedic joint, muscle and spine pain--without surgery. Pain can range from simple numbness or tingling, to severe neck, back or limb pain. The challenge is to manage the pain successfully and allow a productive, happy and active life.
Treatment considerations include: massage, physiotherapy/PT, chiropractic care and manipulation, modalities including ultrasound/heat/cold/TENs, prescription and over-the-counter topical (skin) and oral medications, opiates, non-narcotic medications, splints, braces, workstation modifications and ergonomics, work or activity modifications, temporary or permanent disability, physicial exercise programs, holistic alternative treatments, acupuncture, imaging (MRI, CT scan, bone scan, x-ray, et cetera) and fluoroscopic injections and musculoskeletal ultrasound.
